As more and more people have started using the Internet, the network traffic has increased tremendously. In traditional web applications, all the processing is done on the server and the client is used to display only the static content, which results in server overloading and increase in the re-sponse time. I have stared working on such problems and tries to propose a solution - passing only the data every time the User Interface is passed only once to the client and the processing for it is done at the client. Also connection unavailability leads to inac-cessibility of the web pages due to the server dependency and limited functionality on the client. The proposed solution towards this issue suggests how the clients work in ORIA where the data required or related to the client cannot only be stored locally but also synchronously with the server hence re-ducing server load.
Technologies such as Google Gears, Adobe AIR provide their own set of coding standards and architecture, which needs to be followed. Thus, it is not necessary that all application developers choose to develop in Google Gear. ORIA, on the other hand, provides the protocol that all the applications can implement in which ever language they prefer.

i have stared developing such framework but wanna some input.
